Dear Participant/s of the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector" activities/training/events.
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout your participation in the activities/training/events of the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector". These will be used by the Project for training purposes, marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third-party publication. Please contact the Project organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
By attending the activities/training/events of the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector", you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording and waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication, and you release the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector", and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings.
You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector", or any person or entity designated to do so by the EU funded Project "EU support for competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT sector".
