I'm Nderim Ajdari, Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at College AAB and am a software engineer with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a passion for creating innovative solutions that empower people to achieve their goals. Born and grew up in Reke, Kaçanik, where I completed my primary, secondary, and higher education in Elezaj and Kaçanik.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to engage in a variety of professional experiences, including As the Founder & CEO of NTECH-KS, I steer a e-commerce platform for tech sales. Concurrently, I work to Gjirafa as an Junior Quality Assurance, utilizing both manual and automated testing techniques. My roles extend to founding and directing EMPOWER organization, owning and managing Nderimi Computers, and representing persons with disabilities as a member of Handikos-Kaçanik. These experiences have allowed me to hone my skills in leadership, management, and advocacy, and have given me a deep understanding of the importance of empowering others.

I am also committed to continuous learning and personal development, as demonstrated by my numerous certifications and workshops, including training in Ethical Hacking Essentials, Network Defense Essentials, and Cyber Security Professional. I have also participated in various workshops and training programs, such as algorithmic graph theory and object-oriented programming. I am grateful for the opportunities and recognition I have received, including my acknowledgment for contributing to the support of persons with disabilities in the municipality of Kaçanik, and for demonstrated exemplary success.

As I move forward in my career, I hope to continue using my skills and passion to make a positive impact on the world around me.
