My name is Yll Balaj, and I am currently based in Prishtina, Kosovo. I am an ambitious individual passionate about technology, digital marketing, and design. I recently completed my elementary education at Gjergj Fishta School and have pursued various professional development opportunities to expand my skill set. I completed comprehensive courses in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design at ROI Academy, gaining hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, and design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 

From June to November 2023, I worked as a Social Media Manager and handled web page maintenance for Phoenix Clothing, where I successfully increased online engagement and developed my organizational and multitasking abilities. Currently, I am enrolled in a Professional Engineering Program focused on Front End, Back End, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Python, where I am building a solid foundation in engineering and leadership skills. I aspire to become a renowned DevOps or Cybersecurity engineer with a focus on machine learning.

My technical skills include Python and web page maintenance, and I am fluent in English with basic knowledge of German. I am passionate about exploring the fields of machine learning, DevOps, and cybersecurity, aiming to make a meaningful impact in these areas.
